On September 28, 2010, the Steinbach RCMP received a report of a theft of a Pontiac Montana van from Carelton Drive in Steinbach.
Around 6:30pm, on September 4, 2010, officers from the Dauphin Municipal RCMP detachment clocked a pick-up truck on radar at 135km/hr in an 80km/hr zone just east of the city limits on PTH 20.
On August 19, 2010, at approximately 5:40pm, Steinbach RCMP received a call in regards to a vehicle theft.

Two Winnipeg men, ages 18 and 23, face multiple charges after a collision in which a red 2005 Chev Blazer went off the road into a ditch on Highway 311, 1/2 a kilometre east of Highway 59.
Just after 1am on February 14, 2010, officers from the Dauphin RCMP received a report that two people had just broken into a car on 3rd Avenue S.W. and were then scared away.
A 14-year-old Dauphin youth was arrested Friday evening, December 18, 2009, for taking a vehicle without the owner’s permission.

On October 13, 2009, at about 5pm, Steinbach RCMP arrested and charged 19-year-old Michael Klassen of Steinbach for possession of stolen property over $5000 and possession of cannabis marijuana and ecstasy.
On October 2, 2009 at about 2:30pm, Portage la Prairie RCMP responded to a complaint of a vehicle theft in progress.
