Obituary

Helen Funk, 96, formerly of Landmark, MB, passed away peacefully in her sleep Thursday, October 18, 2018 at Resthaven Nursing Home, Steinbach, MB.

She is survived by her son Peter and wife Linda of Morris, MB, daughter Rita and husband Henry of Landmark, MB, son Wilmer and wife Bonnie of Landmark, MB, daughter Phyllis and husband Philip of Landmark, MB, daughter Julia of Rosenort, MB.,and son John of Winnipeg and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and great-great-great grandchildren.

Helen was predeceased by her husband Peter in 1992, by grandson Andrew in 1978, son-in-law Chuck in 2011 and 18 brothers and sisters.

The funeral service will be held on Monday, October 22, 2018, at 2:00 p.m. at the Prairie Rose EMC, Landmark, MB, with viewing will be prior to the service. The interment will take place at the church cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Back to the Bible, Box 246 STN A Abbotsford, BC V2T 6Z6.
