Obituary

Surrounded by his loving family, our beloved husband, father, brother, uncle and friend, took his Saviour’s hand and entered into his eternal home on Monday, February 10, 2020, at Bethesda Regional Health Centre, Steinbach.

He is survived by his “Hun” Jackie; two sons Jurgen and Aidan; sister Vicky (Kevin) Betcher and their children Alex, Maccoy, and Jackson; parents-in-law Jac and Tina Funk and Brian and Debbie Arnal; brother and sisters-in-law Cheryl (Dave) Wiebe and their children Amberly, Meagan, Christopher, and Abigail; Kim (Nick) Anderson; Lindsay (Jason) Wishnowski and their children Maddie and Nicholas; and Bret (Athalie) Arnal and their children Annabelle and Benjamin.

Peter was predeceased by his parents William and Margaret Buhler.

A Come & Go viewing will be held on Saturday, February 22, 2020 from 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, Steinbach, MB.

The memorial service will be held on Sunday, February 23, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, Steinbach, MB, with a private family burial prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Peter may be made to the Manitoba Lung Association, 629 McDermot Ave, Winnipeg, MB, R3A 1P6.
