Obituary

Peacefully, on Thursday, July 29, 2021, after a short battle with cancer, with her family by her side, Nicole Magnan Bedient of Ste. Anne, MB., passed away at the young age of 67.

She was predeceased by her son Martin (2020), her husband Robert (2016), her mother Heloise (2008), her father Marius (1986) and brother Gilbert (1976). She is survived by her children: Monique (Squanto), Bruno (Ang) & Natalie (Trevor); her grandchildren: Tristan, Cody, Ethan, Jazmine, Jordan, Sky-Lynn, Autumn, Caleb, Snow, Mason, Kaitlyn, Mattie, Summer & Ava; and her great-grandson Nitro.

Weep not for me though I am gone
Into that gentle night
Grieve if you will, but not for long
Upon my soul’s sweet flight

I am at peace, my soul’s at rest
There is no need for tears.
For with your love I was so blessed
For all those many years.

There is no pain, I suffer not,
The fear now all is gone.
Put now these things out of your thoughts
In your memory I live on.

Remember not my fight for breath
Remember not the strife
Please do not dwell upon my death,
But celebrate my life.

Treasured in our hearts forever, until we meet again some day.

A private viewing will be held on Wednesday, August 4, 2021, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, Steinbach, Manitoba.

A celebration of life will be planned at a later date. Interment to follow celebration.
