Leo was born and raised in Richer Manitoba. His first job was at Old Dutch Foods, then became a custodian at Richer School, but most of his working life he was a forklift operator at Consolidated Bathurst now known as Smurfit MBI.

Leo loved taking care of his yard, as a boy he loved helping out on the family farm, camping when his girls were young, spending time with his grandchildren. His favorite pastime was watching T.V.

Special Thank you to the staff and residents of The Villa Youville for caring for Leo. Your kind words and dedication has not gone unnoticed. They were all his family in his final resting home.
