Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden death of Herbert “Herb” Paul Ducharme, 41, on Saturday, October 29, 2022, at his residence.

Herb was a passionate man of many talents. He could often be found jamming on his guitar. There was nothing he enjoyed more than playing a ballad or cooking (as he was a Red Seal chef). For his wife Jolene, nothing ever overshone the love he boasted for her. Herb had many friends and family.

Herb is survived by his wife Jolene Obara, four children: Shianne (28), Shania (27), Kayla (23) and Draden (21) and one grandson: Kayden (4); his father and mother, Paul Ducharme and Kathreen Ducharme (Minter) and his sisters Joelyn and Paula Ducharme, as well as one nephew. He is also survived by Handsome, his four legged friend who is guarding his slippers by the door.

The memorial service will be held Tuesday, November 15, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, Steinbach, MB.
