Rose-Marie Helene (Gagnon) Nadeau passed away peacefully Saturday, August 12, 2023, at Ste. Anne Hospital, Ste. Anne, Manitoba, at the age of 86.
She leaves behind her husband Antonin Nadeau, and children Gisèle (Earl) Borkowsky, Hélène McCusker, Pierre (Lori) Nadeau and grandchildren and great-grandchildren, her sisters Sr Eveline Gagnon, sgm. and Lucie Kirouac, brother Edouard (Céline) Gagnon and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is predeceased by her two sons Marc Nadeau and Real Nadeau, son-in-law Patrick McCusker, great-grandsons Patrick & Sebastien Nadeau, parents Eloi and Mary Gagnon, one brother Jean and sisters Eloise Lord and Cecile Mulaire.
Mom was born February 20, 1937, in La Broquerie, Manitoba. On August 9, 1956, she married Antonin Nadeau at St. Joachim Parish in La Broquerie. Through the years mom loved tending to her family, garden, and flowers. She instilled a love of God and the importance of going to church. While mom was quiet, she was always loving and helping family with a smile on.
During her illness despite her pain, she found laughter and strength to move forward each day. She is no longer suffering and is now at peace.
Cremation has taken place. A private family funeral will take place at a later date.

Elle fut précédée par deux fils Marc et Real, son gendre Patrick McCusker, ses arrière-petit-enfants Patrick et Sébastien Nadeau, ses parents Eloi et Mary Gagnon, un frère Jean, ses sœurs Eloise Lord and Cécile Mulaire.
