Obituary

It is with heavy and broken hearts that we announce the passing of Doris Delia Marie Pambrun (née Leclerc), who passed away peacefully in God’s hands on Tuesday, October 10, 2023. The family is deeply saddened and shocked by her sudden passing at the early age of 65.

Doris was an enthusiastic and loving wife to her husband, Gilles, of 47 years, a match truly made in heaven; a dedicated and proud mother to her sons, François (Stefanie) and Pierre (Samantha) and grandchildren, Riley, Jacques and Nash.

Everyone who knew Doris knew that family came first and above all else. She will be sadly missed by her siblings, Pierrette (Léon), Armand (Line), Gérard (Rachelle), Yvonne (Fred), Denise (Paul), Jeannette (Kelly), Louise (Marc), her sisters and brothers in law, Jean-Marie (Barb), Daniel (Ginette), Rene (Jo-Anne), Desneiges (Gilles), Henri (Barb), Guy (Sandra) and Louise (Rejean), and an abundance of loving nieces, nephews and friends.

Doris joins her mother, Pauline, father, Marcien, sister Diane, mother-in-law, Denise and father-in-law, François, in Heaven.

In addition to being a Loyal, Joyful, Dedicated, Unsurpassed, Selfless and Loving Wife, Maman and Mémère, Doris loved organizing family gatherings, playing cards and board games, making her “famous” Jam and Cheeseball, and enjoying life with anyone who was blessed to be around her.

Doris was truly the glue of the family and an excellent role model for many. Throughout her entire life, Doris held an unwavering faith in God, which she shared with those she loved. The void left by Doris’ absence is impossible to fill. She will be dearly missed and forever in our hearts. Our beautiful angel, who is always watching us from above.

Prayers will be held for our Angel Doris on Friday, October 20 at 12:30 p.m., followed by Mass at 1:00 p.m., at the Saint-Malo Parish, 147 Rue St Malo, St Malo, MB. Reception to follow.

In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to the Saint-Malo Parish, where she shared her heart with God for many years.

Doris mon amour,

Pour nous aimer fidèlement dans le bonheur et dans les épreuves, et nous soutenir l’un l’autre toutes au long de notre vie.
