Helen Penner (nee Klassen), 89, of Steinbach, formerly of Niverville, passed away peacefully on Friday, August 2, 2024, at Rest Haven Care Home, Steinbach, MB.

She is survived by her son, Tim (Janice), grandchildren, Kathy (Jonathan) Wiens, Greg Rempel, Derek Penner, Travis (Suzanne) Penner, Candice (Gord) Kroeker, great-grandchildren, Carson and Grace Wiens, Brynnley and Savannah Rempel, Peter Kroeker, and Sarah Penner.

She was predeceased by her husband, Wilbert Penner, her daughter, Sheryl Rempel, one brother, and two sisters.

The funeral service will be held Friday, August 9, 2024, at 11:00 a.m., at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, Steinbach, MB., with viewing one hour prior to the service.
