Obituary

Murray Penner, aged 64 years, of Giroux, MB., went to be with Jesus on Thursday, November 21, 2024.

Murray will be lovingly remembered by his three children; Renee (Scott), Justin, and Ryan; as well as one granddaughter, Hailey; one brother and two sisters.

Murray was predeceased by his father Frank, mother Adeline, brother Delbert, and sister Marilyn.

Murray started farming at a young age on their family hog and grain farm, Triple P Farms, alongside his father and two brothers. In the later years his two sons would join in working in the barns and on the fields. Eventually in 2022 they got rid of the pigs and switched to grain only.

Murray was a man who loved his family dearly, his family meant everything to him. He was also a man of God, as him and his two sons were baptized together in 2022. He had a love of nature, from camping trips with the family to hunting trips with his friends. Murray got along with everyone he met, and had a positive outlook on life. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

The funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 28, 2024, at 2:00 p.m., at Ridgewood Church, Giroux, MB., with viewing one hour prior to the service.

The interment will take place at the church cemetery.
