She is survived by three daughters, one son and their families.

Frances was predeceased by her husband Elmer.

The funeral service will be held on Monday, March 17, 2025, at 1:00 p.m., at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, Steinbach, MB., with viewing one hour prior to the service.

The interment will take place at Memorial Cemetery, Steinbach, MB.
