Obituary

Gérard (Gerry) Picton, aged 65 years, of St. Malo, MB., passed away on Thursday, March 20, 2025, at De Salaberry & District Health Centre, St. Pierre-Jolys, MB., after a short battle with cancer, with family by his side.

He is survived by eight brothers and two sisters: Jean Louis, Maurice (Lucille), Suzanne (Doug), Rosaire (Paulette), Lucien (Lynne), Richard (Johanne), Marcel (Heather), Luc, Roger (Leah), Paulette, and many nieces and nephews and their families.

Gérard was predeceased by his parents Joseph and Henriette Picton.

Gérard loved hunting and enjoyed bonfires with family and friends.

Special thanks to the palliative care nurses and the De Salaberry & District Health Centre staff.
