Ava Falk, aged one year old, passed away on Thursday, October 22, 2020, at The Children’s Hospital, Winnipeg, MB.

She is survived by her parents, Ernie and Sara Falk, and her three brothers: Cayden, Josiah and Jericho.

The funeral service will be held Sunday, October 25, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. at The Grunthal Bergthaler Church, Grunthal, MB.

The interment will take place at Grunthal Cemetery following the service.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Ava may be made to Birchwood Funeral Chapel to help the family cover the funeral expenses.
