- Boil potato and mash them
- Boil green peas (if not frozen otherwise defrost them)
- Make green chili and ginger paste
- Mix mashed potato, green peas, ginger-chili paste, salt, sugar, lemon juice and coriander leaves all together
- Now make small patty and cover the with bread crumbs
- Now heat pan and take some oil
- Now shallow fry patty until they become golden brown
- Serve with tomato ketchup
