To make this recipe you have to adjust the ingredients depending on the size of the pan.
- Wash and peel the potatoes and cut them into little cubes. And fry them, but not very much.
- Beat the eggs and when the potatoes aren’t so hot, mix them together.
- Cut the onion and mix it with the egg and potato. Add salt if you like.
- Warm the pan with a little bit of oil and put in all the mixture and let it go at medium heat.
- When the base is done, with the aid of a plate that is wider than the ‘omlette’, flip it, and cook the other side until it is done.
