Tortilla de Patata

Ingredients

800 g
potatoes
6
eggs
to taste
salt
as needed
olive oil
1/2
onion

Directions

To make this recipe you have to adjust the ingredients depending on the size of the pan.

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes and cut them into little cubes. And fry them, but not very much.
  2. Beat the eggs and when the potatoes aren’t so hot, mix them together.
  3. Cut the onion and mix it with the egg and potato. Add salt if you like.
  4. Warm the pan with a little bit of oil and put in all the mixture and let it go at medium heat.
  5. When the base is done, with the aid of a plate that is wider than the ‘omlette’, flip it, and cook the other side until it is done.
