Piraschki

Ingredients

250 ml
warm milk
1 1/2 tbsp
yeast
1/2 tsp
sugar
500 g
flour
1
egg
1 tsp
salt
sour cream

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients and let rest 20 minutes.
  2. Roll out dough and cut into circles.
  3. Put your choice of fillings onto one half of circle, fold over with other half, press edges down firmly.
  4. Bake or fry in hot oil until golden brown.

(Filling can be meat, for example ground beef, mashed potatoes, or jam, or whatever else you wish)
