cucumber (20 cm)
Directions
Prepare the pot (2.5-3 litres)
- chop with a size no more 0.5 cm: marinated beets, cucumber, green onion, dill – put in the pot
- cut the boiled eggs with an egg cutter – put in the pot
- add sour cream, kefir, salt in the pot
- add water in the pot
Please gently stir and put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
