Pork Chops

Part 1 - Egg Wash

milk

egg
2 tbsp
light soy sauce

Whisk together milk, eggs, and soy sauce.

Part 2 - Breading

1 c
flour
1 tbsp
salt
2 tsp
oregano
1 tsp
thyme
1/2 tsp
black pepper
1/2 tsp
cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp
cumin
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
1/2 tsp
paprika
1/2 c
panko crumbs

Dredge chops in egg wash, then coat with crumbs. Transfer to a rack and allow crumbs to dry, about 15 minutes.

Directions

Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Panfry chops about 4-5 minutes per side or until golden brown; do not overcook.
