Prepare the dough using MASECA corn flour and adding water and salt. With a small ball of dough, make a small thick tortillas and cook on skillet. Immediately after cooking, press around the edges with your fingertips to form like a small plate.
Top the Sopes with refried beans, shredded beef, pork or chicken meat, lettuce, tomato, cheese and salsa. Serve Sopes warm and enjoy!
